Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required tax documentation.
• Balance cash and perform bank runs to deliver deposits.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations.
