World Finance is seeking a bilingual Financial Services Representative (FSR) in Texas to drive loan sales, assist with tax preparation, and manage collections. You will work directly with customers, conduct daily outbound outreach, and meet financial needs through in-person visits and phone conversations.

The role offers hourly pay starting around $17 per hour, with performance-based bonuses. Fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete bank runs transporting deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound daily outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Document activity in company systems and maintain compliance.
