World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Texas to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and complete required bank runs when needed.
