World Finance seeks a Financial Services Representative in El Paso, TX to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

This role requires daily outbound calls, meeting customers face-to-face, and closing loans. Compensation starts at $15–$17 per hour plus performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid holidays, and volunteer time.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and questions.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and perform routine bank runs.
