Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel required.
• Notary Public and NMLS Certification training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and cross-sell products.
• Assist with loan applications, documentation, and closings; meet sales and service goals.
• Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
