Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service and handle routine banking transactions. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and offers a flexible schedule with afternoon/evening shifts, potential Saturday rotation.

The successful candidate will have at least six months in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products and services.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member needs.
• Use lead lists to reach out to members and offer consultations on MACU products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently per policy.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and branch security duties.
• Respond to emails/voicemail quickly and maintain professional conduct.
