Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Ogden, UT is seeking a Financial Service Representative I to help members achieve their financial dreams through AAA advisory skills, account openings, loan servicing, and cross-selling. You will work full-time at the Ogden Washington Blvd branch, with a schedule Monday–Friday, and a willingness to cover occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services and explain products clearly.
• Proven math proficiency for loan calculations and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs using AAA skills to advise on financial products.
• Process loan servicing transactions and cross-sell services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; maintain client relationships.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues promptly.
