The role emphasizes cross-selling products and delivering consistent, high-quality member experiences. Expect full-time hours and a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience, plus incentives and bilingual allowances for Spanish-speaking

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services with knowledge and confidence.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure while handling member activities and requests.
• Strong math calculations and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs and advise on MACU products and services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member objectives.
• Process loan applications, reviews, and closings as needed.
• Travel to other MACU branches if required.
