Qualifications

• Sales and collections experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume.
• High School diploma required; College preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

• Collections Management: daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
• Campaigns and Prospecting: renewals, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients.
• Customer Service: use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Administration and Operations: support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks.
