Requirements include a high school diploma with 3 years in accounting or medical claims management, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel. The pay range is $18.78–$26.29 hourly, with full-time day shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 3 years experience in accounting and medical claims management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and other programs for the uninsured.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide HCH financial assistance application support and assess completeness.
• Receive applications, request documents, and follow up with patients.
• Resolve billing concerns via telephone, mail, or in person.
• Process credit card payments and record transactions per accounting procedures.
• Interpret clinical data to determine program eligibility.
• Audit and reconcile accounts with strong analytical skills.
