Job summary

Harvey Nash is partnering with a major supermarket chain to hire a Field Support Technician serving Brooklyn-area stores. You will travel daily between locations, troubleshoot desktops, networks, and printers, and install hardware and software.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, along with a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) and a valid driver8s license.
• Willing to travel between stores daily.
• Able to lift and handle hardware (e.g., cables, printers, monitors).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for support issues across retail stores.
• Daily travel between stores in Hempstead, Floral Park, and Valley Stream.
• Handle service tickets and work logs; troubleshoot desktops, networks, software, and hardware.
• Train employees on applications and wireless peripherals.
• Elevate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Perform hardware and software installations; configure Zebra devices and printers.
• Physically lift and move hardware as needed.
