Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I for Brooklyn/Queens, NY to install, service and maintain self-checkout and related electromechanical equipment for major retail clients.

You will operate in a dynamic field services team, perform on-site installations, and respond to service calls with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Training is provided, and company-provided vehicle supports daily travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and familiarity with hardware/OS.
• Willing to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).
• Willing to be trained on small scale scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM, and system overhauls.
