Job summary

Harvey Nash in New York, NY is seeking an IT retail Field Support specialist to be the primary contact for store IT issues and to keep retail systems running across multiple locations.

You will travel daily between stores with your own car, be proficient in Spanish, and perform on-site hardware/software installs, printer and network equipment troubleshooting, and user assistance in Windows environments. This is a direct-hire role with a salary of $50k–$55k per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have own car and willingness to travel daily between stores.
• Proficiency in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for store IT support.
• Able to travel daily between stores to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Elevate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems on site.
• Perform scheduled hardware and/or software installations.

• Desktop applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Network Equipment installation and troubleshooting (routers, switches, access points)
• Windows etc.
• Configure and/or troubleshoot Zebra handhelds, network and label printers.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $50k/Annum to $55k/Annum with Benefits for this position.
