Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel daily to stores in North Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for support issues across retail stores.
• Daily travel between stores in North Jersey.
• Handle service tickets and work logs, including troubleshooting desktop, network, software and hardware issues.
• Train employees on applications and wireless peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Assist with troubleshooting desktop applications, network equipment (routers, switches, access points), and Zebra devices and printers.
• Physically lift and handle hardware as needed.
