Job summary

Grace Staffing C&C is seeking a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Associate for an on-site role at a warehouse client in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and warehouse/logistics customer service experience. Training is provided; on-site work only.

Location: Hasbrouck Heights, NJ | Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:20 AM–4:50 PM; OT as needed | Pay: starting $17–$19/hour | Type: Full-time through Grace Staffing C&C.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in warehouse/logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via email and chat.
• Document communications and generate basic reports using MS Office.
• Collaborate with team members, floor supervisors and the logistics team.
