AT&T in California is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will work independently, schedule appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and wifi assessments.

You can earn uncapped commissions with a base salary within a range of $62,900 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and performance. A valid driver's license and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license - company vehicle provided.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
