AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in California to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences. You will meet scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and troubleshoot to keep customers connected.

With uncapped commissions, top earners can reach six figures. Starting pay ranges from base salary plus commissions, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus in increments; you’ll need a valid driver’s license and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that add value to customers
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Maintains a valid driver’s license and can drive a company vehicle
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers at scheduled appointments and deliver personalized sales interactions in the field
