AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver tailored, white-glove experiences at customers' homes across California. You will engage with warm prospects, conduct hands-on demos, and drive sales with uncapped commission opportunities.

Base salary plus performance-based incentives aim to reach top earnings around $100,000. The role requires in-market travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a background check.

Formación

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; a company vehicle is provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
