Job summary

AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives in California to bring personalized in-home demos and services to customers. You’ll work with scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, and ongoing support while earning uncapped commissions.

Base pay ranges from about $41,800 to $53,530 with additional $20,000 to $100,000 in commission opportunities; starting geography and experience affect the exact figure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively to close sales.
