AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring personalized, in‑home sales experiences to customers across several California locations. You will work independently on scheduled appointments, demonstrating products and services, and closing deals with hands-on demonstrations and Wi‑Fi assessments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of commission sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Uncapped commission potential and top earners can reach six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized in-home sales interactions.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects via scheduled appointments and drive to meet sales goals.
