Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking an experienced Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead and develop Home Service Professionals in the Dallas area. You will supervise frontline teams, coach performance, and ensure high standards in cleaning, safety, and customer service.

This hands-on leadership role requires field presence, team development, and collaboration with the operations and office staff to meet staffing, training, and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising or managing frontline employees or teams.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, evaluate performance, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline field staff and HSPs.
• Monitor performance, attendance, productivity, and quality; address issues.
• Recruit, interview and help hire frontline employees; participate in local events.
• Support daily field operations and scheduling; resolve field issues quickly.
• Drive exceptional customer experience and professional communication.
• Maintain records and use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
