Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking an experienced, hands-on Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead field teams and develop Home Service Professionals. This role blends coaching, performance management, and field work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will supervise in the field, train staff, and ensure service standards while collaborating with the Operations Manager and office team. Great growth potential in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• At least 5 years of experience directly supervising frontline employees or teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Train and onboard new HSPs and team members.
• Work alongside field staff in the field when needed.
• Provide real-time coaching on quality, productivity, safety, and customer service.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and quality metrics.
• Recruit, interview, and help hire frontline staff.
• Support daily field operations and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and field standards.
• Communicate effectively with bilingual teams and management.
