You will spend time in the field with employees and customers while coordinating with operations and office staff to meet staffing, training, and performance goals. Strong bilingual leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• 5+ years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees or teams.
• Demonstrated experience coaching employees and managing performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees and teams.
• Train and onboard new staff; provide real-time coaching on performance and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and help hire frontline personnel to meet demand.
• Support daily field operations, scheduling, and staffing challenges.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and respond to concerns professionally.
• Maintain records and communicate between field and office; use MS Office tools.
