Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking an experienced Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead and develop Home Service Professionals and field teams in the Dallas area. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching performance, solving problems in the field, and ensuring staffing, training, and customer service standards are met.

You will work with the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and office staff, spending time in the field, traveling with crews, and maintaining vehicle,

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least 5 years of direct supervision or management of frontline employees.
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel across the service area.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline staff; onboard new hires.
• Monitor performance, attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct field observations and coaching; enforce procedures.
• Recruit and participate in local hiring events; assist onboarding.
• Support daily field operations, scheduling, and customer resolution.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment; ensure field standards.
