Genex Service LLC in Thornton, CO is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager to support injured workers and coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and payers. This full-time, hybrid role requires regular local travel for in-person appointments.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.
• RN license required and in good standing.
• URAC certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMC) preferred.
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Facilitate early return to work by modifying job duties where feasible.
• Manage workload and prepare status updates for customers.
