Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social work or similar discipline.
• Bilingual (able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must complete training on recognizing and reporting child abuse per PA Act 153 within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, filing, mail handling, and general office duties.
• Assist clients in Customer Assistance Program, Operation Share, and other programs.
• Ensure programs and follow-up calls are properly processed and documented.
• Assist with food bank duties and emergency food clothing distribution.
