Position Overview: It is the role of the Receptionist/Family Services Caseworker to greet visitors, answer phones, and provide administrative support. To make sure the office runs smoothly by scheduling meetings, handling mail, and keeping things organized. In addition to this, the Receptionist/Family Services Caseworker effectively manages a caseload of clients who seek social services for individuals and families. Provides social service assistance to eligible clients. The Receptionist/Family Services Caseworker will also assist with the UGI application process as part of assigned duties. Since the vast majority of constituents are Spanish speakers, it is of great value for the Receptionist/Family Services Caseworker to be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
