Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is hiring a Receptionist for the Reading Citadel Corps. The role is full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with duties in Social Services and Administrative support.

The successful candidate will greet visitors, answer phones, manage scheduling, and coordinate referrals while ensuring building security. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, a PA driver's license, strong Microsoft Office skills, and bilingual Spanish-English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Must be bilingual: Spanish and English, in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Sign in/out visitors and maintain security procedures.
• Assist Family Services with client scheduling and document collection.
• Provide paperwork for utilities and other services as needed.
• Support data entry in Social Services databases and referral tracking.
