Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant on the Professional Services team to drive long-term social media strategy for enterprise customers and lead end-to-end platform implementations.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will craft executive-level deliverables, support Premier Success engagements, and guide customers through complex software configurations to maximize ROI and adoption.

Formación

• Bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in social strategy development and execution.
• Experience developing custom consulting deliverables, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting frameworks.
• Experience training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms.
• Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements that elevate customers’ social strategy with executive partners.
• Optimize customers’ social operations and align strategy to business objectives.
• Lead Premier Success deliverables: reports, decks, playbooks, audits, and workshops.
• Oversee end-to-end platform implementations across Sprout’s product suite.
• Conduct bilingual consulting, presentations, and product trainings for English and Spanish speaking customers.
• Manage project timelines using Sprout’s Professional Services technology stack.
