Sprout Social, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant for the Professional Services team within the Sales & Customer Experience organization.

This role focuses on Premier Success engagements and end-to-end platform implementations for enterprise accounts, with fluency in English and Spanish to serve English- and Spanish-speaking customers. You will partner with executives to shape social strategy, manage projects, and demonstrate ROI while collaborating across cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in social strategy development and execution.
• Experience developing custom consulting deliverables and executive playbooks.
• Experience in training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms.
• Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
