Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing or HR is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and temporary employees in English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and platforms.
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary staff.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees through hiring and onboarding.
• Generate new business opportunities through sales and networking.
• Perform client calls and outside visits to grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify staffing solutions.
• Support branch operations with administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Assist with coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
