Spices USA Inc. seeks a motivated Customer Service and Sales Team Member to thrive in a fast-paced office environment in the United States. You will respond to inquiries, nurture customer relationships, and spot sales opportunities while learning and growing within the role.

The position emphasizes strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and basic CRM/SAP use. Training will be provided to ensure high-quality service and achievement of team targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a high school diploma; higher education preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through clear, proactive communication.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities during interactions to meet targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features to aid purchasing decisions.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate and qualify sales leads to support growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
