This is a US-based remote position that requires working with clients and partners in Mexico. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director as an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will develop engagement strategies to target, qualify, demonstrate, and close deals with large enterprise commercial fleets. Typical sales range from $5M to $15M in TCV and involve POCs, workshops, on-site & virtual meetings, negotiations, and executive selling.
This role involves building a strong pipeline and bringing Netradyne solutions to our largest and most strategic customers. We seek individuals passionate about industry change and solving significant business problems.
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the ESM is responsible for achieving sales goals within assigned accounts, prospecting new opportunities, executing the sales process, assembling cross-functional deal teams, and closing new customers. The ESM must meet or exceed KPIs related to pipeline development, opportunity progression, conversion, and quota performance.
Annual OTE range: $290,000–$320,000 USD, depending on location and experience
