This is a US-based remote position that requires working with clients and partners in Mexico. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Overview

Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director as an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will develop engagement strategies to target, qualify, demonstrate, and close deals with large enterprise commercial fleets. Typical sales range from $5M to $15M in TCV and involve POCs, workshops, on-site & virtual meetings, negotiations, and executive selling.

This role involves building a strong pipeline and bringing Netradyne solutions to our largest and most strategic customers. We seek individuals passionate about industry change and solving significant business problems.

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the ESM is responsible for achieving sales goals within assigned accounts, prospecting new opportunities, executing the sales process, assembling cross-functional deal teams, and closing new customers. The ESM must meet or exceed KPIs related to pipeline development, opportunity progression, conversion, and quota performance.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned accounts
  • Accurately forecast business activities
  • Maintain an adequate sales pipeline
  • Develop territory and execution strategies
  • Target outbound prospecting of strategic accounts
  • Own customer engagements, including discovery, qualification, process management, pilot management, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, marketing, and finance
  • Represent Netradyne professionally at the highest levels
  • Develop deep knowledge of each account and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Approach prospects consultatively to develop needs and align stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams as needed
  • Network and generate referrals through partners and key influencers
  • Execute the sales process consistently
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in complex, quota-carrying sales roles managing large accounts ($500k+ ARR)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and related tools
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, energetic, and purpose-driven
  • Comfortable in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in person and virtually
  • Willing to travel 50% or more

Annual OTE range: $290,000–$320,000 USD, depending on location and experience
