A leading company is seeking a Director of Sales for its Contact Center division. This remote position, requiring a candidate based in the Eastern or Central time zones, demands impactful experience in direct sales. Must Haves:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in direct sales in the contact center space.
• Intermediate technical contact center knowledge and a capacity to learn new technologies.
• Creative, independent, and resourceful with overachiever track record.
• Strong people’s skills, relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types and at different levels in prospect’s organizations.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Account Manager who will primarily be responsible for supporting the Sales Team in their sales efforts and activities related to channel partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Contact Center as a Service market in NA and establishing yourself as the trusted subject matter expert.
• Hunt for new sales opportunities within existing company NA accounts and new prospects. Develop the strategic ones to sales closer independently and help the company regional enterprise sales managers with closing the others.
• Analyze and prioritize partnership opportunities to support the sales efforts within existing vendors and resellers partners and new ones and cultivate them.
• Identify new opportunities for lead generating marketing activities with partners or without them and work with the company's marketing department to execute them.
• Generate new ideas for strategic and tactical improvements to our go to market in the NA contact center market.
• Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue, partner, and end customers targets.
Compensation:
$300k/yr OTE per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]
