The Talent Mine is recruiting for a Software Sales leader for an immediate, FTE and 100% remote opportunity. This is with a Gold Certified Microsoft partner that has performed in the top 1% of all Gold Certified partners, and is breaking new ground in the sustainability arena for the North American region. You'll be selling software solutions to enterprise accounts, as well as managing, hiring and leading a team from the ground up.

Overview:
Our globally distributed client has a 30+ year history of delivering multimillion-dollar digital solutions across Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, Sitecore, and a host of other enterprise accounts, and are now focused on making North America a core region in their portfolio.
This is a player-coach role—ideal for someone with a background in software services, especially at a Microsoft Partner. You’ll start by closing deals yourself and quickly build toward growing a high-performing sales team. You'll report directly to the SVP who is based in California, and working with a globally distributed team of engineers, the executive team and sales solutions professionals in Africa and in North America.
Key Objectives in the First 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
Total Compensation: $360-$385k + equity broken down as follows:
$160,000-$175,000 USD annually + 3 month commission guarantee ($40,000)
→ Automatically increases by 20% at year-end (after 6 months), upon achievement of initial $1.6M target
