About Cybernet AI

Cybernet AI is a fast-growing voice AI company that develops multilingual, human-like voice agents for digital contact centers in finance, telecom, and beyond. Operating in the U.S., Egypt, and Central Asia, we help financial institutions and enterprises scale their customer support, sales, and collections through smart automation.

We are now expanding our presence in the U.S. market and looking for a skilled BDM or Senior Sales Manager with strong B2B enterprise sales experience in fintech, telecom and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across the U.S. financial and telecom sectors (MFOs, credit institutions, banks, and call centers)
  • Drive full-cycle sales: from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers (Heads of Operations, CTOs, Heads of Collection)
  • Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Manage the CRM pipeline and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Represent Cybernet AI at relevant events and through digital channels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management
  • Proven success in selling to financial institutions, telecom companies, or technology buyers
  • Strong network in the U.S. fintech, MFO, or telecom sector is a big plus
  • Familiarity with AI solutions, SaaS models, or call center technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with collections departments, banks, or credit unions
  • Ability to navigate long-cycle, consultative sales processes
