Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) in Michigan seeks a Family Service Advisor to guide families through funeral planning with compassion and faith-based values. This role blends consultative sales with pastoral care, supporting families at a vulnerable time.

You will work autonomously within a values-driven organization, collaborating with a team that sustains you. Base salary is $50,000 with uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Live your faith and support families through the funeral planning process from consultation to arrangements
• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals with a focus on accompaniment over selling
