Diocese of Youngstown Catholic Cemeteries in Youngstown, OH, seeks a Family Service Advisor to blend faith with compassionate sales, guiding families through funeral planning and available options with empathy and respect.

In this role you’ll work autonomously within a supportive team, meeting families in person, building lasting relationships, and helping them choose arrangements that honor loved ones and values.

Competenze

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
