Job summary

LHH is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Manager (English/Spanish) in California to lead ER initiatives, guide leadership, and ensure a compliant, engaging workplace. You will advise on investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.

The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to maintain confidential records while mitigating risk across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on Employee Relations.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing complex ER matters.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent conflict resolution, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Employee Relations resource for managers and employees.
• Investigate concerns, policy violations, and workplace issues with confidentiality.
• Advise on performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations; ensure legal compliance.
• Partner with HR leadership to mitigate risk and enhance employee experience.
• Deliver trainings on policies, compliance, and ER best practices.
