Job summary

SNI Companies seeks an HR professional with 2+ years in Employee Relations in a corporate setting. This role handles discipline, performance management, investigations, and coaching while applying current employment laws across local, state, and federal levels.

Responsibilities include drafting disciplinary actions and PIPs, partnering with management to advance HR initiatives, and maintaining precise documentation. Strong English/Spanish communication and MS Office/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations including discipline, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and applying them to employee relations decisions.
• Experience drafting and reviewing discipline actions, PIPs, and investigation summaries with accuracy and legal/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to drive HR initiatives and business outcomes.
• Maintain compliant employee relations documentation and processes.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish across the organization.
