Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations initiatives and support a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.
