Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) seeks an Employee Relations Representative (Temp to Hire) based in Riverside, CA. The role supports a positive workplace by handling investigations, policy interpretation, and guidance to managers in a compliant, well-documented manner.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HR (or related field) and 3+ years in HR or Employee Relations, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Salary range is $75,000–$86,000 and is onsite at ENC's Riverside facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or related HR function.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling confidential employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, performance concerns, attendance issues, and policy violations.
• Conduct workplace investigations with interviews, documentation review, fact-finding, and prepare summaries and recommendations.
• Partner with managers and HR leadership to develop resolutions and corrective actions based on policies and laws.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain confidential Employee Relations documentation and case tracking.
