Job summary

TX Hydrojet is seeking an energetic Office Operations and Sales Support role to run the office and help bring in new business across Texas. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and handle day-to-day admin while supporting growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field crews, preparing quotes, and managing CRM and paperwork. Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus, with opportunities to advance into sales management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management, sales support, or business development.
• Industry experience strongly preferred: sewer/storm drain, hydro excavation, environmental services, utilities, municipal contracting, or construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus; fluency in both spoken and written.
• Familiar with municipal bidding (procurement portals, RFPs, prequalification).
• Strong written communication for proposals, emails, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day office operations: phones, email, scheduling, filing, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and dispatch to track jobs, crews, and paperwork.
• Communicate clearly with field crews and customers in English and Spanish.
• Prepare and track estimates, invoices, and job documentation.
• Support basic bookkeeping: billing, AR follow-up, and expense tracking.
• Organize processes and systems to scale as the company grows.
• Find and qualify new leads: municipalities, cities, general contractors, property managers, industrial plants, and engineering firms.
• Research and track government bids, RFPs, and vendor registrations.
• Do outreach by phone and email, follow up on leads, and push pipeline.
• Update CRM and build quotes, proposals, and bid packages.
• Help maintain existing customer relationships and seek repeat business.
• Represent TX Hydrojet at industry events and networking functions.
