Pentair is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to support our Phoenix and Coppell teams in a remote, sales-driven role. You will drive new business, re-engage accounts, and collaborate with Marketing to identify high-potential leads and opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in B2B lead generation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce. Compensation includes $32.00–$35.00/hour and a possible bonus in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in business development or inside sales in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to meet activity and lead-generation targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with persuasive outreach.
• Resilience, competitiveness, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent time management for outbound activity.
• Negotiation skills to reacquire lost business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities focused on servicers.
• Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to prevent churn.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Training to research trends and leads.
• Initiate multi-channel outreach to build trust with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and prepare high-probability opportunities for next steps.
• Provide market feedback to Marketing on lead quality.
• Maintain Salesforce with all prospect interactions.
