Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of a single office, overseeing field technicians, scheduling, and delivery of NETA-compliant services across utility and industrial markets.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, productivity, and financial accountability, translating regional goals into actionable plans and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable execution in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical equipment testing and inspection.
• Experience leading field technicians and office staff.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NETA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the local office, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Drive technician productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee safety compliance and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management for alignment.
