Job summary

Expeditors in El Paso, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, safety, and inventory accuracy. You will ensure inbound/outbound activities meet customer SLAs, coordinate with staff, and maintain OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, enforcing SOPs, managing staffing, training, and performance reviews, with cross‑functional work with FTZ and brokerage teams as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities to fulfill work orders and inventory records.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and respond to critical safety incidents.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities to meet customer SLAs.
• Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Conduct daily huddles and document meetings.
