Job summary

Xpedient Logistics in Shorewood, IL is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities for multiple clients, with English/Spanish fluency and a focus on safety, efficiency and cost optimization.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse operations, SAP/WMS experience, and strong data analysis, leadership, and communication skills. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking and shipping, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate work instructions and safety meetings in both languages.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
Proven operations leadership in fast-paced ecommerce/fulfillment/distribution environments with data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership to warehouse staff and foster a positive team environment.
Oversee receiving, storing, picking and shipping of products with accuracy.
Implement inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts.
Develop and execute labor plans and improve safety, cost efficiency and service levels.
