Job summary

Expeditors in El Paso, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations professional to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities while learning how SLAs, procedures, and regulatory requirements are managed within a distribution environment.

This role offers exposure to FTZ operations, inventory control best practices, data collection and trend analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Willingness to learn compliance requirements in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Assist with inventory management activities including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Participate in data collection, trend analysis, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Distribution, FTZ, and Brokerage teams on regulatory requirements and inventory controls.
• Support customer projects, audits, and compliance activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and system transition activities within a fast-paced logistics setting.
