Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in El Paso to train in key warehouse areas and lead day-to-day department activities.

You will supervise staff, manage the distribution process to ensure accurate and timely shipments, and drive key initiatives with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires 2+ years in a related field, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in distribution supervision or similar
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution environments is a plus
• Demonstrates leadership and coaching capabilities
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work based on facility requirements and balance workload
• Enforce standard methods and suggest improvements
• Lead training and cross-training to meet production needs
• Coach and develop direct reports and manage performance
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance
• Participate in health and safety committees
• Ensure safe operations and proper reporting of metrics
• Lead projects aligning with DC goals using 5S, Six Sigma, etc.
