Job summary

ADUSA Distribution seeks a Supervisor, Distribution Operations to keep our distribution center safe, efficient, and on schedule. You will lead an engaged team of associates, work with the Operations Manager and cross-functional partners across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management to drive daily operational excellence.

The role emphasizes safety first, staffing and training, throughput, and budget goals.

Qualifications

5+ years in general distribution operations or a BS/BA in a related field
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
College degree (preferred)
Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise and develop day-to-day department operations and staff.
Drive operational excellence and accurate inventory flow.
Optimize staffing and training; support recruiting and onboarding.
Communicate shift updates and coordinate with other departments.
Meet performance and budget goals focusing on productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance and quality across safety, productivity, and sanitation.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
